Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than July 12, 2025. Payment shall be made in Argentine Pesos (ARS) via bank transfer to the following account held by LensCórdoba Visual Productions in Argentina Córdoba:

Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice represents the complete and final billing for all videographer services rendered by LensCórdoba Visual Productions in Argentina Córdoba during the period of May 20 through June 7, 2025. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the amounts stated herein.
2. All raw footage, project files, and intermediate deliverables remain the intellectual property of the videographer and LensCórdoba Visual Productions. The client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final edited deliverables for commercial and promotional purposes.
3. The videographer team operated in full compliance with all local regulations of the Province of Córdoba, Argentina, including municipal filming permits, drone operation licenses issued by the Agencia Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC), and data protection requirements under Ley 25.326.
4. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Argentine tax regulations (Ley de Impuestos al Valor Agregado, Decreto 618/97). The client is entitled to claim the IVA amount as a tax credit if applicable to their fiscal regime.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated videographer services shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Córdoba, Argentina, in accordance with the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code.
