Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Golden Coast Visuals Pty Ltd, a registered Videographer and media production company operating in Australia Brisbane. Payment of the full Invoice amount of $19,548.00 AUD (inclusive of 10% GST) is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 14 June 2025, no later than 28 June 2025.
Please note that a 2% early payment discount has been applied as per our standard terms for Australia Brisbane-based clients who settle this Invoice within the 14-day window. Should payment not be received by the due date, the discount will be reversed and a late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to the outstanding balance in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and our service agreement.
All footage, raw files, and edited deliverables referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of Golden Coast Visuals Pty Ltd until full and final payment has been received. The Videographer team will not release the final master files or any derivative content to the client prior to clearance of this Invoice.
Notes & Additional Information
Thank you for engaging our Videographer services for your 2025 corporate gala in Australia Brisbane. We are proud to have captured three days of exceptional footage at the South Bank Convention Centre. The principal Videographer, Daniel Okafor, and his team worked in close coordination with your events production crew to deliver a comprehensive visual record of the event.
All raw footage has been backed up to redundant cloud storage and local SSD drives at our Australia Brisbane facility. The final edited deliverables, as outlined in line item 3, will be uploaded to a secure client portal within five (5) business days of receiving full payment against this Invoice. Should you require any additional Videographer services, re-edits, or supplementary footage from the event, please contact our billing office and a revised Invoice will be issued accordingly.
This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice will be marked as expired and a new Invoice will need to be generated. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
