Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Invoice date, no later than 30 June 2025. Please reference Invoice number INV-2025-0487 with all payments.

A late payment fee of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with the terms outlined in our service agreement. This Invoice is issued in compliance with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) requirements for GST-registered businesses operating in Australia Sydney.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers all videography services rendered by Sydney Lens Productions, a registered Videographer and visual media company based in Australia Sydney, for the project referenced above. All footage captured during the event remains the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice.
The Videographer and all crew members are fully insured under a public liability policy of $20,000,000 AUD, valid for all operations within Australia Sydney and the broader New South Wales region. Drone operations are conducted in full compliance with Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) regulations and local Australia Sydney council bylaws.
Should the client require additional editing revisions beyond the two included rounds, or supplementary videography coverage on the event day, a separate supplementary Invoice will be issued at the agreed hourly rate of $350 AUD per hour, inclusive of GST.
