Invoice Terms & Notes
This Invoice is issued by Dhaka Visual Studios, a registered Videographer and full-service production company operating in Bangladesh Dhaka. All services rendered under this Invoice were performed in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated 01 June 2025 (Ref: SA-2025-0019).
- Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments will incur a 2% monthly surcharge as per Bangladesh commercial practice.
- All footage, edits, and deliverables listed in this Invoice become the exclusive intellectual property of Green Horizon Media Ltd. upon full and final payment.
- The Videographer crew operated under valid Bangladesh government media permits for all locations in Dhaka. Any additional location fees incurred due to client-requested changes are excluded from this Invoice.
- One round of revisions (up to 3 change requests) is included in the post-production line item. Additional revision rounds will be billed at BDT 5,000 per round.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. Please reference Invoice No. DVS-2025-00482 in all correspondence and payment remittances.
