Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full by 30 June 2025 via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account below. A 2% monthly interest penalty (juros moratórios) will apply to overdue balances, in accordance with Brazilian commercial law (Código Civil, Art. 412). A 10% discount is available for payment received on or before 20 June 2025.

Important Notes & Terms of Service
- The Videographer and all crew members are fully insured under a professional liability policy (Seguro de Responsabilidade Civil) valid for operations throughout Brazil Brasília and the Federal District.
- All drone operations in Brazil Brasília comply with ANAC (Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil) regulations and have received prior authorization from the local air traffic control authority. The Videographer holds a valid ANAC drone pilot certificate (CET – Certificado de Habilitação).
- Weather contingencies: In the event of adverse weather conditions in Brazil Brasília (e.g., heavy rain or high winds) that prevent safe drone operation, the Videographer will reschedule the aerial segment to the next available day at no additional cost, provided the event schedule permits.
- Client is responsible for providing venue access, power supply points, and any necessary permits for filming inside the Centro de Convenções Ulysses Guimarães. The Videographer will supply all technical equipment listed in this Invoice.
- All footage and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Brasília Visual Media Ltda. until full payment of this Invoice is confirmed. Upon payment, the client receives an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual commercial license for all deliverables.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the issue date. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to equipment rental market fluctuations in Brazil Brasília.
