Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date, no later than February 14, 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account below. A 5% early-payment discount applies if the full amount is received before January 31, 2025.

Overdue payments shall accrue a monthly interest rate of 1.5% plus a 2% late fee, in accordance with Brazilian commercial law (Código Civil, Art. 412). This Invoice is non-transferable and non-assignable without prior written consent from the videographer.
Additional Notes & Terms of Service
All videography services described in this Invoice were performed by a licensed professional videographer operating under the commercial registration of Lens & Light Videography Ltda., based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The client acknowledges that all footage, edits, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of the videographer until full payment of this Invoice is confirmed in writing.
By accepting this Invoice, the client grants the videographer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use up to 30 seconds of the produced footage for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes within Brazil Rio de Janeiro and internationally. Any commercial use beyond this scope requires a separate licensing agreement and additional fees.
Weather-related delays, municipal restrictions in Rio de Janeiro, or force majeure events may result in rescheduling of on-site videography sessions. The videographer reserves the right to adjust the production schedule with a minimum of 48 hours' written notice. All equipment used in this production is fully insured, and the videographer assumes no liability for damage to the client's property beyond the scope of standard professional negligence.
This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document under the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved in the courts of Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil, with exclusive jurisdiction of the local commercial courts.
