Payment Terms & Instructions
This invoice is payable within thirty (30) days of the issue date, no later than July 15, 2025. Payment is to be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD) via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the account details below, or by cheque made payable to "Montreal Visual Studios Inc."

A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with the terms outlined in our master service agreement. Please reference Invoice No. MVS-2025-00472 on all correspondence and remittances.
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. All videographer services described in this invoice were performed by licensed and insured professionals operating under the jurisdiction of the Province of Quebec, Canada. The lead videographer, Alexandre Tremblay, holds a valid Quebec professional card (Carte professionnelle) and is a registered member of the Association of Professional Videographers of Canada Montreal Chapter.
2. The drone videography component was conducted in full compliance with Transport Canada's Special Flight Operations Certificate (SFOC) and the City of Montreal's municipal filming permit regulations. All applicable permits and insurance certificates are available upon request.
3. This invoice covers all videographer labor, equipment rental, post-production, and delivery costs as specified in the signed Statement of Work dated May 20, 2025. Any additional videographer services requested outside the agreed scope will be invoiced separately.
4. All raw footage and final deliverables remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of this invoice. The videographer retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio and industry showcase, subject to the client's written approval for any sensitive or confidential content.
5. This invoice is issued in accordance with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) reporting requirements and the Revenu Québec tax regulations. A duplicate copy of this invoice may be requested by contacting our billing department in Montreal, Canada.
