Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by PixelFrame Studios, a registered professional Videographer operating in Canada Toronto, Ontario. All services rendered under this Invoice were performed in accordance with the signed Service Agreement (Ref: PFS-CTR-2025-034) dated April 15, 2025.
Payment Method: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to RBC Bank, Account No. 0042-558712, Transit 01400, Branch 0042. Please reference Invoice No. PFS-2025-0047 in your payment memo.
Payment Due: Full payment of $14,074.15 CAD is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice issue date, no later than July 12, 2025. Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge as stipulated in the Service Agreement.
Delivery Confirmation: All edited deliverables (highlight reel, full documentary cut, and raw footage link) were delivered to the client's designated project manager on June 11, 2025. This Invoice reflects 100% completion of all contracted Videographer services.
Terms & Conditions Governing This Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes a final and binding request for payment for all Videographer services rendered by PixelFrame Studios in Canada Toronto. By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges receipt and satisfaction of all deliverables outlined in the Service Agreement.
- All pricing on this Invoice is denominated in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and includes applicable Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) at the current rate of 13%. No additional taxes, duties, or levies shall apply unless mandated by a change in federal or provincial legislation in Canada.
- The Videographer retains full intellectual property rights to all raw footage, intermediate edits, and production assets until final payment in full has been received and cleared. Upon receipt of payment, a limited, non-exclusive, perpetual licence for internal corporate use is granted to the client.
- Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall lie exclusively with the courts of Canada Toronto.
- PixelFrame Studios, as the contracted Videographer, has maintained full professional liability insurance (minimum $5,000,000 CAD) throughout the duration of the project. A certificate of insurance is available upon written request.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Videographer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated tax calculations or adjusted payment terms as required by current Canada Toronto municipal and provincial regulations.
