Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all videographer services rendered by Coastal Lens Productions for the Northwest Media Group corporate brand video project, filmed in Canada Vancouver during May 2025. All work was performed in full compliance with Canadian labour standards and the Canada Vancouver municipal filming permit requirements.
2. The videographer team retains the right to display the final video in their professional portfolio and showreel, subject to a 90-day embargo period from the client's public release date. Written consent for earlier use must be provided to the lead videographer.
3. All raw footage and project files will be retained by the videographer studio in Canada Vancouver for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final delivery. After this period, files will be securely deleted in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
4. Any additional services, extended shoot days, or scope changes beyond what is itemized on this Invoice will be billed separately and require prior written approval from the client's project manager.
5. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through mediation in Canada Vancouver before proceeding to litigation.
6. Coastal Lens Productions is a registered business in the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and is in good standing with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) for all applicable tax obligations including GST and PST remittance.
