All footage, raw and edited, remains the intellectual property of Horizon Media Group upon full settlement of this Invoice. Any additional services requested beyond the scope outlined above will be subject to a supplementary Invoice.

Terms & Conditions – Videographer Services in China Beijing
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for all videographer and production services delivered by Beijing Visual Story Studios in China Beijing. The services were performed in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated May 5, 2025 (Contract Ref: HMG-BVS-2025-011).
- All videographer personnel operating in China Beijing held valid work permits and professional credentials. The client acknowledges that all filming locations in Beijing were secured with appropriate location agreements and municipal permits.
- Delivery of final edited content in 4K UHD (3840×2160) and 1080p formats is included. Additional format conversions or 8K upscaling will be billed separately via a follow-up Invoice.
- The videographer team's raw footage (ungraded, unedited) will be retained for 90 days post-delivery and then securely deleted unless the client requests extended storage at an additional fee.
- Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the People's Court of Chaoyang District, Beijing, China, in accordance with the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, a revised Invoice may be issued to reflect any applicable tax or regulatory changes in China Beijing.
