Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of June 15, 2025. Payment is due no later than July 15, 2025. A 3% early-payment discount has been applied for settlement received before June 30, 2025.

Please reference Invoice No. LC-GZ-2025-00472 in all payment communications. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge as stipulated in the master service agreement dated March 1, 2025.
Notes & Terms of Service
1. All videographer services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the Administration of Radio and Television Programs.
2. The client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final video deliverables for internal corporate communications, paid digital advertising, and broadcast television within the territory of China. Any use outside China or for third-party commercial licensing requires a separate written agreement with the videographer.
3. Raw footage and project files remain the intellectual property of Guangzhou LensCraft Media Co., Ltd. and will be securely deleted from our servers ninety (90) days after final delivery unless the client requests extended retention in writing.
4. All drone operations in China Guangzhou were conducted under CAAC Flight Permit No. CAAC-GZ-2025-08841 and Guangzhou Municipal Civil Aviation Office authorization. The videographer holds a valid CAAC Remote Pilot License (Category II).
5. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment under the Master Service Agreement (MSA) executed between both parties. In the event of any discrepancy, the MSA terms shall prevail. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Guangzhou Sub-Commission.
6. This Invoice is valid for 180 days from the date of issue. After this period, the videographer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated pricing if applicable.
