- A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will apply to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with Colombian commercial law (Código de Comercio).
- The Videographer services described in this Invoice are subject to the master service agreement dated May 28, 2025, between both parties.
- All footage and deliverables remain the intellectual property of the Videographer until full payment of this Invoice is confirmed.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties and will be reflected in a supplementary Invoice.
Additional Notes
This Invoice covers the complete videography engagement for the "Descubre Bogotá 2025" corporate travel campaign. The Videographer team, led by Carlos Mendoza, will operate exclusively within the Colombia Bogotá metropolitan area and its immediate surroundings (Chía, Cota, and Zipaquirá) for the duration of the production. All equipment, including cinema cameras, drone units, and post-production software, is provided by Andes Visual Productions S.A.S. The client is responsible for securing any necessary location permits within the city of Bogotá and coordinating access to private properties. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the issue date.
