Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date. Payment is due no later than July 15, 2025. A 5% early payment discount applies if the full amount is received before June 30, 2025.

Notes & Important Information
This Invoice covers all videographer services, equipment, and post-production work as detailed in the line items above. The videographer team will operate exclusively within the Colombia Medellín metropolitan area for all scheduled shoot dates. Any additional travel outside the Aburrá Valley will be billed separately at a rate of $120,000 COP per kilometer.
All raw footage, project files, and final deliverables are the exclusive property of Andina Tourism Group S.A.S. upon full payment of this Invoice. LensCraft Studios retains the right to display the final work in its professional portfolio and showreel, subject to the client's written approval.
The videographer crew will arrive on location no later than 60 minutes before the scheduled start time. The client is responsible for securing all necessary location permits, access credentials, and safety protocols at each Colombia Medellín shooting site. LensCraft Studios carries full professional liability insurance (coverage: $500,000,000 COP) for all personnel and equipment.
Any changes to the production schedule, scope of work, or creative direction must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours in advance. Revisions beyond the three (3) included rounds will be billed at $850,000 COP per additional revision cycle.
