Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment is to be made in US Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account below. A 2% late payment penalty will be applied to any balance outstanding after the due date as per DR Congo commercial law.

Notes & Important Information
1. This Invoice is issued by Kinshasa Visual Media Ltd., a registered Videographer and media production company operating in Kinshasa, DR Congo. All services described herein were performed by qualified Videographer professionals under the supervision of the lead Videographer, David Okonkwo.
2. All raw footage, intermediate edits, and final deliverables remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice. The Videographer team retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio with prior written consent from the client.
3. Any additional shooting days, extended post-production revisions beyond three rounds, or changes to the original scope of work will be billed separately and require a written change order signed by both parties.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable currency adjustments or updated tax rates in DR Congo will be issued.
5. All work was conducted in compliance with the media and broadcasting regulations of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Drone operations were authorized by the relevant DR Congo aviation authority, and all Videographer personnel held valid work permits for the duration of the project in Kinshasa.
