Invoice Terms & Conditions – Videographer Services in Egypt Alexandria
This Invoice is issued by Alexandria Visual Studios, a registered Videographer and media production company operating in Alexandria, Egypt, in accordance with the Egyptian Commercial Code and the Tax Procedures Law No. 67 of 2016. All services described herein were rendered by qualified Videographer professionals and their support teams.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 2% per month as permitted under Egyptian commercial law.
- All Videographer deliverables, including raw footage, edited films, and project files, remain the intellectual property of Alexandria Visual Studios until full payment of this Invoice is received. Upon clearance, the client receives a perpetual, royalty-free license for commercial use in Egypt and internationally.
- The Videographer team reserves the right to include a brief credit line ("Filmed by Alexandria Visual Studios") in the final deliverables unless a buyout clause is separately negotiated and invoiced.
- Any additional shooting days, location changes within Alexandria, Egypt, or scope modifications beyond the original brief will be subject to a supplementary Invoice at the Videographer's standard day-rate of EGP 32,000 per day.
- This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the issue date. After this period, the client must request a re-issued Invoice reflecting any applicable tax rate changes by the Egyptian Tax Authority.
- All disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Videographer services shall be resolved through the competent courts of Alexandria, Egypt, in accordance with Egyptian law.
