Notes & Terms of Service
- This invoice covers all videography services rendered by Nile Vision Studios as the contracted videographer for the Al-Ahram Media Group project, executed entirely within Egypt Cairo between 10 and 14 June 2025.
- All raw footage, edited deliverables, and project files are the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of this invoice. The videographer retains the right to display a 30-second excerpt in their professional portfolio with prior written consent.
- Any additional shooting days, location changes within Egypt Cairo, or scope modifications beyond the agreed brief will be billed separately at the videographer's standard day rate of EGP 18,500 per day.
- All drone operations were conducted in compliance with the Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority (ECAA) regulations and the videographer holds a valid commercial drone license (ECAA-DRN-2023-0187).
- This invoice is valid for 60 days from the issue date. After this period, the videographer reserves the right to re-quote pricing due to potential changes in equipment costs and crew availability in Egypt Cairo.
- Disputes arising from this invoice shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Cairo courts.
