Overdue Penalty: A late fee of 2% per month will be applied to any balance outstanding after the due date, in accordance with Ethiopian commercial law.
Currency: All amounts are denominated in Ethiopian Birr (ETB). International payments in USD will be converted at the National Bank of Ethiopia's daily rate.
Notes & Terms of Service
This Invoice is issued by Horizon Lens Media, a registered professional Videographer and media production company operating in Ethiopia Addis Ababa. By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- All footage, raw and edited, remains the intellectual property of Horizon Lens Media until full payment of this Invoice is received. Upon clearance, full commercial usage rights are transferred to the client.
- The Videographer team reserves the right to use up to 10 seconds of footage in their own portfolio and promotional materials, unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is executed.
- Any additional shooting days, extended editing requests, or re-shoots beyond the scope outlined in this Invoice will be billed separately at the standard day rate of 45,000 ETB per day.
- All services were performed in compliance with Ethiopian media regulations and the Addis Ababa City Administration's event permitting requirements.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a re-issued Invoice reflecting any applicable price adjustments.
