Due Date: This invoice is payable within 15 calendar days of the invoice date, i.e., no later than 30 June 2025. Late payments are subject to a penalty of 3 times the statutory interest rate in France, in accordance with Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code.
Notes & Terms
1. This invoice is issued by Provence Visual Media, a registered videographer and production company operating in Marseille, France. All videography services described herein were performed by qualified videographer personnel holding valid professional credentials.
2. The France Marseille service area encompasses the city of Marseille (Bouches-du-Rhône, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur) and its immediate metropolitan surroundings. All travel and logistics charges are calculated within this France Marseille zone.
3. The videographer retains full intellectual property rights over all raw and unedited footage. The client receives a commercial license as specified in Line Item 6. Any additional usage beyond the licensed scope requires a separate written agreement and supplementary invoice.
4. All drone operations were conducted under a valid DGAC authorization (N° DRONE-2025-0891) and comply with French aviation regulations applicable to the France Marseille airspace.
5. This invoice is valid for 30 days. After the due date, a late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to the outstanding balance. In the event of non-payment after 30 days past due, the videographer reserves the right to suspend all deliverable access and pursue legal recovery under French civil law.
6. For any disputes regarding this invoice or the videography services rendered, the parties agree to first attempt amicable resolution. Failing that, the competent courts of Marseille, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
