Invoice Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by Lumière Paris Productions, a registered professional Videographer and production company based in France Paris, in accordance with French commercial law (Code de commerce, Articles L441-3 et seq.).
2. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the Invoice date via bank transfer to the IBAN specified above. Late payments shall incur statutory interest at the rate prescribed by Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code, plus a fixed penalty of €40 for recovery costs.
3. All footage, raw media, and final deliverables produced by the Videographer team remain the intellectual property of Lumière Paris Productions until full payment of this Invoice is received. Upon clearance, a full transfer of exploitation rights for the France Paris campaign materials will be executed via a separate cession de droits d'auteur agreement.
4. The Videographer services described herein were performed exclusively within the administrative boundaries of France Paris (Île-de-France region). All applicable French labour, social security, and professional liability insurance obligations have been fulfilled by the undersigned Videographer entity.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of issue, in compliance with French tax record-keeping requirements (Article L123-22 du Livre des Procédures Fiscales).
