Notes and Terms of Service
- All Videographer services were performed in Germany Frankfurt in compliance with local and federal German media regulations, including GDPR data protection requirements for all individuals captured on camera.
- The Videographer team holds full professional liability insurance (Berufshaftpflicht) with a coverage of 5,000,000 EUR, valid throughout the Germany Frankfurt region and all of Germany.
- Client retains full commercial usage rights to all final edited deliverables. The Videographer retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio and showreel, subject to prior written approval from the client.
- All travel, accommodation, and equipment transport costs within the Germany Frankfurt metropolitan area (within 50 km radius) are included in the quoted prices. Travel beyond this radius will be invoiced separately at actual cost.
- This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document under German commercial law. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with the competent court being the Local Court (Amtsgericht) Frankfurt am Main.
- Should the client require additional Videographer coverage beyond the scope described in this Invoice, a written change order must be approved by both parties prior to the additional work being performed.
