Invoice Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Munich Lens Studios GmbH, a registered Videographer and visual production company operating in Germany Munich. The total amount of € 11,102.70 (including 19% German VAT) is due within 14 calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer (SEPA) to the IBAN and BIC details listed above.
Please reference the Invoice number MLS-2025-0047 in your payment remittance. In the event of late payment, statutory interest of 8 percentage points above the European Central Bank base rate will apply in accordance with § 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB). The Videographer reserves the right to suspend further services or withhold final deliverables until full payment of this Invoice has been received.
All Videographer services described in this Invoice were performed in Munich, Germany, and are subject to German commercial law. The client acknowledges that the Videographer holds full intellectual property rights to all raw and edited footage until the final payment of this Invoice is confirmed in writing. Upon receipt of payment, a limited, non-exclusive license for commercial use of the delivered video content is granted to the client.
Legal Notice: This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the Videographer services rendered shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Munich, Germany. The place of performance for all services listed in this Invoice is Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
Umsatzsteuerhinweis (VAT Notice): Umsatzsteuer wird gemäß § 14 UStG gesondert in Rechnung gestellt.
