- This invoice is issued by PixelFrame Studios, a registered videographer company operating in Bangalore, India, and is valid for all commercial and tax purposes under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act, 2017.
- All videography services described in this invoice were performed by a professional videographer team based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The client acknowledges that the footage, raw and edited, is the intellectual property of PixelFrame Studios until full payment is received.
- The videographer team shall deliver the final brand video and social media reels within 15 working days from the completion of the last shooting day in Bangalore, India.
- Any additional shooting days, location changes, or scope modifications beyond the agreed brief will be billed separately at the rates specified in the master service agreement dated 01 June 2025.
- This invoice does not include third-party music licensing fees beyond the standard royalty-free library. Custom music composition or premium track licensing will be quoted separately.
- For any disputes arising from this invoice, the jurisdiction shall be the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The videographer services are governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
