2. The Videographer team, including the lead operator Arjun Mehta and two assistants, was deployed exclusively for the client's project during the specified shoot dates. Any additional hours or days beyond the contracted schedule will be billed separately at the rates mentioned in this Invoice.
3. All raw footage, edited deliverables, and project files remain the intellectual property of the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. The Videographer retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio and showreel, subject to a 30-day embargo period agreed upon in the master service agreement.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. The client is requested to process the payment within the stipulated due date to avoid any escalation of charges.
