Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes a final and binding financial document for all Videographer services, equipment rentals, post-production work, and associated logistics rendered by Delhi Lens Studios for the client's project in India New Delhi.
- All rates quoted in this Invoice are inclusive of the Videographer team's professional expertise and are exclusive of GST, which has been calculated and itemized separately as per the prevailing Indian tax structure.
- The client acknowledges that the final video deliverables, including all raw footage, edited sequences, and motion graphics, shall become the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
- Any additional shooting days, location changes within India New Delhi, or scope modifications beyond the originally agreed brief will be billed separately at the Videographer's standard day-rate and will require a written change order signed by both parties.
- Delhi Lens Studios, as the Videographer of record, reserves the right to use anonymized behind-the-scenes stills and short clips from the India New Delhi shoot for its own portfolio and marketing purposes, subject to the client's prior written consent.
- In the event of a dispute arising from this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve the matter through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After the due date, a late fee of 1.5% per month will be applicable on the outstanding balance until full payment is received.
