Payment Terms & Invoice Notes
Payment Method: Bank transfer to BCA Account No. 8830-4521-9901, a.n. Jakarta Visual Media Productions, Bank BCA, Indonesia Jakarta branch.
Payment Due: This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments are subject to a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated in the master service agreement.
Deliverables: All final Videographer footage, edited masters, and project files will be delivered via secure cloud link within five (5) business days following the final revision approval. The client retains full commercial usage rights for all materials produced under this Invoice.
Location Note: All on-site Videographer services referenced in this Invoice were performed exclusively within the Indonesia Jakarta metropolitan area. Any travel outside this region would be billed separately under a supplementary Invoice.
Tax Compliance: This Invoice has been issued in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations (UU PPN No. 7 Tahun 2021). The VAT and withholding tax amounts are calculated and reported as required by the Directorate General of Taxes, Indonesia Jakarta regional office.
Dispute Resolution: Any discrepancies regarding this Invoice should be communicated in writing to the billing department within seven (7) days of receipt. The Videographer service provider reserves the right to suspend post-production work until all outstanding balances are cleared.
