4. Any additional shooting days, location changes within Tehran, Iran, or scope modifications beyond the agreed brief will be billed separately at the rates specified in the original service contract dated 25 May 2025.
5. Late payments are subject to a penalty of 2% per month as per Iranian commercial regulations. This invoice becomes overdue on 30 June 2025.
6. All services were performed by a professional videographer team based in Tehran, Iran, and comply with local media production regulations and data protection guidelines.
7. This invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, a revised invoice must be requested due to potential currency fluctuation adjustments.
