Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Baghdad Visual Media Productions, a registered Videographer and cinematic production company operating in Iraq Baghdad. All services described above were rendered in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated 01 June 2025 between the Videographer firm and Al-Rafidain Corporate Events Ltd.
Payment of this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issue date, no later than 30 June 2025. Please remit payment via bank transfer to the following account: Bank of Baghdad, Branch: Al-Mansour, Account Name: Baghdad Visual Media Productions, Account No: 0045-8821-7736-0092, SWIFT: BBOBIQBB.
Please reference Invoice No. BVM-2025-0047 in all correspondence and payment remittances. A late payment surcharge of 2% per month will apply to any balance outstanding beyond the due date as stipulated in the Iraq Baghdad commercial service agreement.
All footage and deliverables referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the client upon full settlement. The Videographer retains the right to include anonymized behind-the-scenes stills in its professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Videographer services rendered in Iraq Baghdad. By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges receipt of all deliverables listed herein.
2. All prices are quoted in Iraqi Dinar (IQD) and are inclusive of standard equipment usage. Any additional Videographer hours or services beyond the scope defined in the original contract will be invoiced separately at the agreed hourly rate of 250,000 IQD per hour.
3. The Videographer team is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to power outages, security advisories, or government-mandated closures within Iraq Baghdad.
4. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should resolution not be reached within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent commercial court in Baghdad, Iraq.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Videographer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with applicable adjustments.
