Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by Jerusalem Lens Studios, a licensed Videographer operating exclusively within the jurisdiction of Israel Jerusalem. All services described herein were performed at locations within the Israel Jerusalem metropolitan area.
2. The Videographer retains full intellectual property rights to all raw footage until final payment of this Invoice is confirmed in writing. Upon receipt of full payment, all rights to the edited deliverables transfer to the client.
3. All aerial Videographer operations in Israel Jerusalem were conducted in compliance with the Israel Civil Aviation Authority regulations and local municipal permits for the Old City and surrounding heritage zones.
4. The client acknowledges that the Videographer was provided with full access to all Israel Jerusalem event venues and that all necessary location permissions were secured by the client prior to the filming dates.
5. Any additional services requested beyond the scope outlined in this Invoice will be billed separately and require written approval from both parties before execution.
6. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, the Videographer reserves the right to re-quote rates based on current market conditions in Israel Jerusalem.
