Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by LensCraft Studios, a registered Videographer and visual production company operating in Israel Tel Aviv, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and the VAT Law, 5736-1975.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) days from the date of this Invoice, no later than July 15, 2025.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer to: Bank Leumi, Branch 001, Account 002-445-887-1, IBAN: IL16 0122 0000 0000 0000 0000 000.
- A 5% early payment discount applies if the full amount is settled within fourteen (14) days of the Invoice date.
- Late payments will incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5% as stipulated by Israeli commercial law.
- All footage and deliverables remain the intellectual property of the Videographer until full payment of this Invoice is confirmed in writing.
- This Invoice is valid for one hundred and eighty (180) days from the issue date.
Additional Notes
LensCraft Studios is a licensed and insured Videographer operating in Israel Tel Aviv and throughout the State of Israel. All drone operations were conducted under a valid Civil Aviation Authority of Israel (CAAI) permit, reference number CAAI-DRN-2025-3391. The Videographer team holds full professional liability insurance covering all production activities, with a policy limit of 5,000,000 ILS.
All raw footage, project files, and final deliverables referenced in this Invoice will be stored on secure cloud servers located in Israel for a period of twelve (12) months following the completion of the project. The client may request a full data transfer or deletion at any time after the retention period expires.
Should the client require additional editing passes, re-shoots, or supplementary Videographer services beyond the scope outlined in this Invoice, a separate change order and revised Invoice will be issued prior to any additional work commencing.
