Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issue date, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment is to be made in West African CFA Francs (XOF) via bank transfer to the account below. A late payment surcharge of 2% per month will apply to any outstanding balance after the due date.

Notes & Important Information
1. This Invoice covers all videography, aerial, event, post-production, equipment, and travel services rendered by Sahel Vision Studios as the contracted Videographer for the La Côte d'Ivoire Tourism Board project in Ivory Coast Abidjan during June 2025.
2. All raw footage, project files, and final deliverables are the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice. The Videographer retains the right to display a 30-second excerpt in their professional portfolio with prior written consent.
3. Any additional shooting days, extended post-production revisions beyond three rounds, or scope changes not listed on this Invoice will be billed separately at the agreed daily rate of 450,000 XOF per day.
4. All services were performed in compliance with the Ivory Coast Ministry of Culture and Communication regulations for commercial videography and drone operations within Abidjan and surrounding regions.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable currency adjustments will be issued.
