Invoice Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is issued by Kiyomizu Visual Productions, a registered videography company operating in Japan Kyoto, in accordance with the production contract KYO-CTR-2025-0091 signed on April 28, 2025.
- Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of June 12, 2025. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Japan Kyoto commercial law.
- All footage, raw and edited, captured by the videographer during the Japan Kyoto production period shall become the exclusive intellectual property of Sakura Global Media Ltd. upon full settlement of this Invoice.
- The videographer retains the right to display a maximum of two (2) clips (each not exceeding 30 seconds) in their professional portfolio and reel, subject to prior written approval from the client.
- Any additional Japan Kyoto locations, extended shooting days, or scope changes beyond the original contract must be approved in writing and will be billed as a supplemental Invoice.
- All drone operations conducted by the videographer in Japan Kyoto were performed in full compliance with the Japan Civil Aeronautics Authority (JCAA) regulations and local Japan Kyoto municipal ordinances.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the videographer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated tax calculations.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Japan Kyoto District Court, in accordance with Japanese commercial law.
