Notes & Terms of Service
1. This Invoice covers all Videographer services rendered by Shibuya Lens Studios for the Omura Creative Agency brand film project conducted in Japan Tokyo during June 2025. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the scope described in this Invoice unless a written change order is executed by both parties.
2. All footage, raw and edited, remains the intellectual property of Shibuya Lens Studios until full payment of this Invoice is received. Upon clearance of payment, all rights and usage licenses transfer to Omura Creative Agency K.K. as specified in the original service agreement dated May 20, 2025.
3. The Videographer team operated in full compliance with Japan Tokyo Metropolitan Government regulations, including but not limited to noise ordinances, public space filming permits, and drone operation restrictions within the Japan Tokyo airspace.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, the Invoice may be subject to re-issuance and applicable tax adjustments per Japanese tax law.
5. For any disputes regarding this Invoice or the Videographer services provided in Japan Tokyo, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the Japan Tokyo District Court for arbitration.
