Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than July 15, 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account:

A late payment penalty of 0.05% per calendar day will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with the commercial contract signed on June 1, 2025. The Videographer reserves the right to suspend post-production work if payment is not received by the due date.
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. All videography services described in this Invoice were performed by a licensed professional Videographer operating under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with all work conducted primarily in and around the Kazakhstan Almaty metropolitan area.
2. The client acknowledges that all raw footage, edited masters, and derivative works delivered under this Invoice remain the intellectual property of Almaty Visual Productions until full payment is received. Upon clearance of the total amount, a perpetual, royalty-free license for commercial use is granted to the client.
3. Drone operations in Kazakhstan Almaty were conducted in full compliance with the Civil Aviation Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and all applicable local municipal regulations. All necessary flight permits and no-fly zone clearances were obtained prior to each aerial session.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Videographer reserves the right to re-quote any outstanding line items due to potential changes in equipment costs or crew availability.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Arbitration Court of Almaty, Kazakhstan, in accordance with the governing law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
