Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Golden Frame Studios, a registered Videographer and media production company operating in Kuwait Kuwait City, for the professional video production services rendered to Al-Nakheel Hospitality Group. The total amount due on this Invoice is KWD 1,746.400 (One Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Six Kuwaiti Dinars and Four Hundred Kuwaiti Fils).

All services were performed by a licensed Videographer and crew within the boundaries of Kuwait Kuwait City. The Videographer adhered to all local regulations, including Kuwait's media licensing requirements and drone operation permits issued by the relevant authorities in Kuwait City.
Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice is valid for payment within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Kuwaiti commercial law.
- All Videographer services described in this Invoice were completed and delivered to the client's satisfaction by 13 June 2025. The client acknowledges receipt of all deliverables, including edited video files, raw footage, and project documentation.
- Golden Frame Studios, as the Videographer of record, retains the right to display a watermarked preview of the footage in its professional portfolio. Full commercial rights to the final edited content are transferred to the client upon full settlement of this Invoice.
- All work was conducted in Kuwait Kuwait City. The Videographer and crew complied with all applicable Kuwaiti labor laws, health and safety regulations, and municipal permits required for filming in public and private locations within Kuwait City.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the Videographer services rendered shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- Any additional Videographer services requested beyond the scope outlined in this Invoice will be billed separately and require prior written approval from the client.
- The client agrees that the Videographer is not liable for any loss of business opportunity or indirect damages arising from the use of the video content produced under this Invoice.
