This Invoice is issued by VisualStory Media Productions, a registered videographer and video production company operating in Mexico, Mexico City. All videographer services described herein were performed in accordance with the scope of work agreed upon in Contract No. VS-CTR-2025-0112, dated May 28, 2025.
- All videographer personnel assigned to this project are licensed and insured professionals based in Mexico Mexico City.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice. Late payments will incur a monthly interest rate of 1.5% as per Mexican commercial law.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer (SPEI) to the account listed below, or by check payable to VisualStory Media Productions, S.A. de C.V.
- All raw footage, project files, and final deliverables remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable price adjustments will be issued.
- For any disputes regarding this Invoice or the videographer services rendered, both parties agree to resolve matters through mediation in Mexico, Mexico City, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Mexican Civil Code.
