Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within 15 calendar days from the issue date (15 June 2025). Payment is due no later than 30 June 2025. A 50% advance payment was received on 25 May 2025 (Reference: RIB-2025-0312) in the amount of 44,640.00 MAD. The remaining balance of 44,640.00 MAD is due upon receipt of this Invoice.
Bank Transfer: Bank Al-Maghrib, Account: 007 999 888 777 666 555, IBAN: MA64 0079 9988 8777 6655 5432 1, BIC: BMGMMAKA. Please reference Invoice number AVM-2025-0487 in all correspondence.
Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Moroccan commercial law. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. All services were rendered in Morocco Casablanca and are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

All raw footage, project files, and final deliverables will be transferred via secure cloud link within 48 hours of the final delivery date.
The videographer team operated in full compliance with Moroccan filming regulations, including permits obtained from the Casablanca City Council and the Ministry of Culture. All drone operations were conducted under ANAC (National Civil Aviation Authority) authorization number DRN-2025-1142.
Should you require any revisions to the edited deliverables, one round of minor adjustments (up to 2 hours of editing time) is included at no additional cost. Further revisions will be billed at the standard videographer day rate of 7,500.00 MAD.
