Payment Terms & Invoice Notes
Payment Method: Bank Transfer to Golden Pagoda Visual Media Co., Ltd. – CB Bank, Yangon Branch, Account No: 0012-3456-7890. Please reference Invoice No. INV-YGN-2025-0487 in your transfer remarks.
Payment Due: This Invoice must be settled in full within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a 2% monthly surcharge as per Myanmar commercial regulations.
Scope Confirmation: All Videographer services listed in this Invoice were performed in Myanmar Yangon as agreed upon in the Service Agreement dated 01 June 2025. The Videographer team operated in full compliance with Myanmar broadcasting and media regulations.
Revisions: One round of minor edits to the final video deliverables is included. Additional revision requests beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately at the Videographer's standard hourly rate of 250,000 MMK per hour.
Copyright: Upon full payment of this Invoice, all rights to the Videographer-produced content are transferred to the client. Until payment is confirmed, Golden Pagoda Visual Media retains full intellectual property rights over all footage and edited materials.
