Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Everest Visual Productions, a registered Videographer and media production company based in Nepal Kathmandu. The total amount of NPR 654,500.00 (Six Lakh Fifty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Nepali Rupees only) is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., by 30 June 2025.

A 5% discount has been applied for early payment as per the agreed contract terms. Late payments beyond the due date will attract a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. All services rendered by the Videographer team are subject to the master service agreement dated 1 June 2025.
Additional Notes
All footage and deliverables remain the intellectual property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice. The Videographer retains the right to use selected clips in their professional portfolio and showreel with prior written consent from the client. All drone operations in Nepal Kathmandu were conducted under valid CAAN permits (Permit No. CAAN-DRN-2025-0892). Equipment insurance is maintained for the full duration of the project.
