Notes & Terms
- This invoice is issued by Amsterdam Lens Studios, a registered professional videographer operating in Netherlands Amsterdam, in accordance with the service agreement dated 2 June 2025.
- All videography services were performed by a certified videographer with full professional liability insurance valid throughout the Netherlands.
- Drone footage was captured in compliance with the European Union Regulation 2019/947 and the Dutch UAV regulations. The videographer holds a valid NLR operator certificate.
- Raw footage and project files will be retained by the videographer for 90 days from the date of final delivery, after which they will be securely deleted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The client retains full commercial usage rights to the final delivered videos. The videographer reserves the right to include selected clips in their professional portfolio and showreel, subject to prior written approval from the client.
- Any additional revisions beyond the two included rounds will be billed at the standard post-production rate of € 85.00 per hour.
- This invoice is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After this period, the videographer reserves the right to reissue the invoice with applicable administrative fees.
