Terms, Conditions & Notes
This Invoice is issued by Harbour Vision Media Ltd, a registered videographer and production company operating in Wellington, New Zealand. All services described herein were performed by a professional videographer in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated 28 May 2025 (Reference: SA-2025-0891).
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issue date of this Invoice. Please reference Invoice Number INV-2025-WLG-0472 in all correspondence and remittances.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer to: BNZ Bank, Account Name: Harbour Vision Media Ltd, Account Number: 01-0312-0456789-000, or via the secure payment link provided in the accompanying email.
- All rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of the videographer's professional expertise, equipment usage, and standard post-production work as itemised above.
- Any additional revisions beyond the two included rounds will be billed at the videographer's standard hourly rate of $165.00 NZD per hour, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- Intellectual property rights to the final delivered video content transfer to the client upon full settlement of this Invoice. The videographer retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio and showreel, unless a separate confidentiality agreement is in place.
- Drone operations were conducted under a valid Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand (CAA NZ) Part 101 permit. All footage was captured in compliance with New Zealand privacy legislation (Privacy Act 2020) and local council bylaws applicable to the Wellington region.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and applicable commercial terms.
