Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Abuja Visual Studios Ltd., a registered videographer and production company operating in Nigeria Abuja, in accordance with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) guidelines. The total amount of NGN 4,002,625.00 (Four Million, Two Thousand, Six Hundred and Twenty-Five Naira Only) is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., on or before 30 June 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account details stated above. Please reference this Invoice number (AVS/2025/00472) in your transfer remarks.
- A 50% advance payment (NGN 2,001,312.50) is required to confirm the booking and secure the videographer's schedule for the event date in Abuja.
- Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, in line with Nigerian commercial practice.
- All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of standard equipment. Any additional equipment or extended hours beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately at the videographer's standard day rate.
- This Invoice is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issue. After this period, the videographer reserves the right to re-quote the services.

Abuja Visual Studios Ltd. is a full-service videographer based in Nigeria Abuja, specializing in corporate events, weddings, music videos, and commercial productions across the Federal Capital Territory and beyond. The videographer and crew will arrive at Centenary Hall no later than 07:00 AM on 28 June 2025 for setup and sound check. The client is kindly requested to provide a dedicated power outlet and a small staging area for the production team. All footage and deliverables remain the intellectual property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice. The videographer retains the right to use select clips in their professional portfolio and showreel, subject to the client's written approval.
