Invoice Terms & Conditions – Videographer Services, Nigeria Lagos
- This Invoice is issued by Lagos Visual Studios & Videography Services, a registered Videographer company operating in Nigeria Lagos, and constitutes a formal request for payment for all videography services rendered as itemized above.
- Payment of this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 14 June 2025. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance as stipulated under Nigerian commercial law.
- All payments shall be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via bank transfer to: First Bank of Nigeria, Account Name: Lagos Visual Studios & Videography Services, Account Number: 3021-4567-8901, Branch: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. Please reference the Invoice number LVS-2025-00487 in your transfer remarks.
- The Videographer retains full intellectual property rights over all raw footage and original creative work until full payment of this Invoice is received. Upon clearance, the client shall receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the edited deliverables for internal and promotional purposes.
- Any additional revisions beyond the one included round, or any scope changes not covered in this Invoice, will be billed separately at the Videographer's standard hourly rate of NGN 25,000 per hour, subject to a supplementary Invoice.
- This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Videographer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated tax calculations if applicable Nigerian tax regulations have changed.
- All services were performed in compliance with the Nigeria Film Corporation (NFC) guidelines and the Civil Aviation Authority of Nigeria (CAAN) regulations for drone operations in the Lagos airspace.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.
