Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the following account:

Advance payment of 50% was received on 05 June 2025 (PKR 1,236,785). The remaining balance of PKR 1,236,785 is due on or before the due date.
Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by Apex Visual Studios, a registered videographer and production company operating in Pakistan Karachi, in accordance with the Sindh Sales Tax Act and Federal Income Tax Ordinance of Pakistan.
2. All footage, raw and edited, remains the intellectual property of Apex Visual Studios until full payment of this Invoice is confirmed in writing.
3. The Videographer team is fully insured for all operations conducted within Pakistan Karachi. Any additional shooting days beyond the agreed schedule will be billed at the daily rates specified above.
4. Client is responsible for all location access permissions, model releases, and third-party property clearances within Pakistan Karachi unless otherwise stated in the service line items.
5. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After expiry, a revised Invoice may be issued reflecting any applicable tax rate changes by the Sindh Board of Revenue or Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Pakistan Karachi.
