Additional Notes & Videographer Service Details
All videographer services listed in this Invoice were performed by licensed professionals operating under the regulatory framework of Peru Lima. The lead Videographer, Carlos Mendoza Huamán, holds a valid professional registration with the Colegio de Comunicadores del Perú and full liability insurance covering all operations within the Lima metropolitan area.
Raw footage, project files, and all intermediate deliverables are the exclusive intellectual property of Andes Visual Productions S.A.C. until full payment of this Invoice is confirmed. Upon receipt of the total amount, full ownership and commercial usage rights of all final video assets will be transferred to the client in perpetuity, for use in Peru Lima and internationally.
Any additional shooting days, location changes, or scope modifications beyond what is described in this Invoice will be subject to a separate change-order document and supplementary Invoice. All travel, lodging, and per diem expenses incurred by the Videographer team within Peru Lima are included in the rates above unless otherwise stated in writing.
This Invoice has been generated in compliance with the SUNAT (Superintendencia Nacional de Administración Tributaria) electronic invoicing regulations. A digital copy of this Invoice has been transmitted to the client's registered email and is also available for download from our client portal.
