Invoice Notes & Terms of Service
- This Invoice is issued by LensCraft Studios, a registered professional Videographer firm operating in the Philippines Manila metropolitan area. All services rendered under this Invoice comply with the Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations for service providers.
- The Videographer team, led by Ms. Andrea Villanueva, provided full-day coverage at the specified venue in Philippines Manila on June 10, 2025. All equipment, including two (2) Sony FX6 cinema cameras, one (1) DJI Mavic 3 Pro drone, and a full lighting and audio kit, was supplied by the Videographer at no additional charge.
- Post-production deliverables include one (1) five-minute highlight reel and one (1) twenty-minute full program edit, both in 4K UHD resolution (3840x2160), H.265 codec, with embedded 5.1 surround audio. Final files were delivered via secure cloud link and physical 4TB SSD drive within five (5) business days of the shoot date.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the service agreement. This Invoice must be settled in full before any additional revisions or supplementary footage requests are processed.
- All footage and final deliverables remain the intellectual property of Meridian Events & Productions Inc. upon full payment of this Invoice. The Videographer retains the right to use up to thirty (30) seconds of footage for portfolio and promotional purposes, subject to prior written approval from the client.
- This Invoice is valid for one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of issue. Please reference Invoice No. LC-2025-00472 in all correspondence and payment remittances.
