Payment Terms: 50% advance upon signing the service agreement; 50% balance due within 14 calendar days of final video delivery. This Invoice is payable within 15 days of the issue date. Late payments will incur a 2% monthly surcharge as per Qatar commercial regulations.
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice covers all Videographer services rendered in Qatar Doha on 10 June 2025 as outlined in the signed Service Agreement (Ref: SA-2025-0312) dated 28 May 2025.
2. All footage captured by our Videographer team is the exclusive intellectual property of Al Noor Events & Conferences LLC upon full settlement of this Invoice.
3. Any additional shooting hours, extra camera angles, or post-production revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately and are not included in this Invoice.
4. Desert Lens Studios holds a valid Qatar Ministry of Commerce videography license and all crew members carry appropriate work permits valid for operations within Qatar Doha and the wider State of Qatar.
5. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the issue date. After expiry, a revised Invoice may be issued to reflect any applicable rate adjustments.
Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional Videographer services delivered in Qatar Doha. By signing the original service contract, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms stated herein.
- Desert Lens Studios, as the contracted Videographer provider, reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services with a minimum of 72 hours' written notice in the event of force majeure, severe weather conditions, or government-mandated restrictions within Qatar Doha.
- All equipment used by the Videographer crew, including but not limited to cinema cameras, lenses, drones, lighting rigs, and audio recorders, is fully insured. The client shall not be held liable for accidental damage to equipment during normal operations.
- The client agrees to provide a safe and accessible working environment at the venue in Qatar Doha, including adequate power supply, secure storage for equipment, and clear access routes for the Videographer team.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disputes, matters shall be referred to the competent courts in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with Qatari commercial law.
- This Invoice does not constitute a warranty of specific outcomes. The Videographer commits to delivering professional-quality footage and edits in line with industry standards, but creative interpretation remains at the discretion of the Videographer team.
- All personal data processed in connection with this Invoice shall be handled in compliance with the Qatar Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016).
