Terms & Conditions – Videographer Services in Russia Moscow
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional videographer services rendered by Stellar Vision Media LLC to Horizon Events & Conferences JSC. All services were performed within the jurisdiction of Russia Moscow in accordance with the terms of Contract HEC-SVM-2025-031.
- The Lead Videographer and all supporting crew members are fully insured and hold valid permits for filming in public and private locations throughout Russia Moscow. All drone operations were conducted in compliance with Rosaviatsiya regulations.
- All footage, edited materials, and deliverables referenced in this Invoice become the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full and final payment. The Videographer retains the right to display a limited selection of work in professional portfolios and industry showcases, subject to prior written approval from the client.
- This Invoice is valid for 60 days from the issue date. Payment must be received by the stated due date to avoid service suspension or late-fee application as governed by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation on Commercial Contracts.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated videographer services shall be resolved through arbitration in Moscow, Russia Moscow, in accordance with the rules of the Moscow Arbitration Court.
- The client acknowledges that all rates quoted in this Invoice are fixed for the duration of the engagement and are not subject to adjustment for currency fluctuation, as all transactions are conducted in RUB within Russia Moscow.
