Payment Terms & Invoice Conditions
This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account details below. A late payment surcharge of 2% per month will apply to any outstanding balance after the due date.

Please reference Invoice No. INV-2025-JED-0487 in all correspondence and remittances. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. All services rendered by our Videographer team are subject to the Master Service Agreement dated 28 May 2025, executed in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
Notes & Important Information
1. All videography services described in this Invoice were performed by a licensed and insured Videographer operating under the regulations of the Saudi Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST) and the General Entertainment Authority (GEA) in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
2. Drone aerial footage was captured in compliance with GACA (General Authority of Civil Aviation) permits, valid for the specified dates and locations within Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
3. The client acknowledges that all final edited deliverables, including the 3-minute brand film and social media cutdowns, will be delivered via secure cloud link within ten (10) business days following the final shoot date.
4. Any additional shooting days, location changes, or scope modifications beyond what is listed in this Invoice will be subject to a separate change-order Invoice at the rates agreed upon in the Master Service Agreement.
5. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) e-invoicing requirements for businesses operating in Saudi Arabia. A digital copy of this Invoice has been transmitted to the client's registered email address.
6. Al-Nakheel Visual Productions is a registered commercial entity in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and all services are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah.
