Invoice Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued by Al-Riyadh Visual Productions, a registered Videographer and media production company operating in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. All services described herein were performed by our in-house Videographer team in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated 20 May 2025 (Ref: SA-2025-0091).
Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Please reference Invoice No. ARVP-2025-00487 in all correspondence and remittances. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly service charge in compliance with Saudi Arabian commercial regulations.
All footage, raw and edited, remains the intellectual property of Al-Nakheel Corporate Group upon full settlement of this Invoice. Our Videographer team retains the right to include anonymised behind-the-scenes stills in their professional portfolio, subject to prior written approval from the client.
This Invoice is subject to the Zakat and Tax Authority (ZATCA) e-invoicing requirements of Saudi Arabia. A digital receipt will be generated upon confirmation of payment. For any disputes regarding the services rendered by our Videographer team, please contact the undersigned within thirty (30) days of the Invoice date.
