This Invoice must be settled in full within fifteen (15) calendar days of the issue date, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the following account:

A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date. This Invoice is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. Please reference the Invoice number on all correspondence and remittances.
Notes & Terms of Service
1. This Invoice covers all videography services rendered by the Videographer and their team in Senegal Dakar between 02 June 2025 and 14 June 2025. All work was performed in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated 20 May 2025.
2. The Videographer retains full copyright ownership of all raw footage and intermediate project files. The client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final delivered brand film for internal and external marketing purposes. Any third-party distribution beyond the agreed scope requires a separate licensing agreement with the Videographer.
3. All filming in Senegal Dakar was conducted in full compliance with the laws of the Republic of Senegal, including but not limited to the Code du Cinéma, municipal filming permits, and data protection regulations (Loi 2008-12 sur la protection des données personnelles). The Videographer obtained all necessary consents from individuals appearing in the footage.
4. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the tax regulations of Senegal. The VAT amount stated is subject to the standard rate of 18% applicable in Senegal Dakar and the broader national territory. A certified tax receipt (reçu fiscal) will be provided upon request following full payment.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of Senegal Dakar.
6. The Videographer thanks Teranga Tourism & Hospitality Group for the opportunity to capture the beauty and vibrancy of Senegal Dakar on film. We look forward to a continued professional relationship.
